Bean sprouts are the young shoots of the mung bean with petite pale yellow to pale green leaves attached on a silvery bright white shoot. With a high water content, bean sprouts offer a crunch and subtle nutty flavor. We take very good care while growing and preparing sprouts in order to prevent contamination. Moong bean sprouts are low in calories and rich in fiber and Vitamins B, C and K. They are also rich in iron and folate.
